Are your courier prices fixed price?

Yes, our quoted prices for Standard and Express jobs are fixed price and provide all inclusions except for delays and GST. Our Same Day Delivered pricing is dependant on the distances travelled for the job.

Do you offer hourly rates for courier services?

Yes, we can offer hourly rate for some of our courier services including rural jobs, regular runs and weekend / after hours work. In some instances a minimum hours fee will apply.

How do I choose the delivery and size service that I will need?

You can learn more about delivery and size services available by visiting this page. If you need more help give us a call on 1300 883 831 to discuss with our friendly team what you require to send or receive. and they can help you select the right service size.

Do you guarantee delivery times?

Yes, for Standard and Express jobs we ensure that we meet times outlined within each delivery service page. In instances this is not achieved, due to unforeseen circumstances, your job will be automatically charged at the lower rate as per the delivery completion. Same Day Delivered does not have time frames and will simply delivered on the same day when booked before 4pm.

Do you offer real time tracking?

No, at this stage we do not provide real time tracking. However we are available, during business hours, to be contacted on the phone for any enquiries. When selected, at point of delivery the sender and receiving also receives confirmation via SMS. A proof of delivery is available for further verification of delivery.

What are the weight limits on items that can be sent?

Each piece should be able to be lifted by 1 person and no more than 22 kilograms in total weight. If you have items that exceed this weight please inform us at the time of booking. You may be directed to upgrade to a Movers job which includes 2 persons.

Can you assist with whole house and office moves?

Yes, we have movers teams, usually 2 or 3 persons along with a suitable vehicle, that can assist with whole house and office moves. Please visit www.moveitmovers.com.au for more information or simply give us a call.

Can you deliver items interstate / internationally?

Yes, we organize interstate and international freight and delivery for many clients. Please contact us for more information and a quote regarding these services.

How can we pay?

We recommend credit card payments to immediate processing. However we can also collect cash and accept bank transfers for jobs booked in advance. Payment will need to be received before jobs are allocated. ABN holders and registered businesses are able to open an account with us for a 7 day invoice.

Can you help disassemble / reassemble or build flat pack furniture?

Yes, we can help you with such items as part of our delivery service. Please let us know you require this so we provide a suitable team member to assist with the job. Additional charges will apply.

Can you do jobs outside of business hours / weekends?

Can you do regular runs for our business?

Yes, we can help your business for all your regular run requirements with a flexible service to suit your budget. Please contact us to discuss.

What sizes are your vehicles?

We have a wide range of vehicles available to assist with a virtually any job requirement.

What are items you cannot move?

We do not move items such as dangerous goods, illegal items or unsealed liquids or waste. A full list of items that can’t be moved can be found in our terms and conditions.

Do you have reviews?

Can we help with moving items too?

Yes, if you are capable to assist you are welcome to. However please be aware you do so at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility for injury to yourself and damage to your items.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we have insurance coverage up to $100k for all items and property for our jobs. You can also reduce the excess on claims for a small charge per job. Simply select this option when booking.

What is the process if items are damaged in the move?

Please email us should you have a damage claim with information and clear photos of the damage so we can assist you further.

Do you have a COVID-19 policy available?
